Gentle Jack is a legendary Nollywood actor, director, producer, bodybuilder, philanthropist and a television personality. He always features in action thriller movies. He has been regarded as one of the highest paid actors in Nigeria and also one of the richest, best performing actors and also most influential and talented actor in Nigeria. He is always known for playing criminal and hitman role in movies. He always play the role of a warrior, a palace guard, a presidential agent, a terrorist, an armed robber and a leader of a campus confraternity in several Nollywood action thriller movies. He has been in the industry for over 2 decades and regarded as one of the pioneer of the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood.
He was born on 20th November 1970 in Abonnema, a small village in Kalabari kingdom of Rivers State in the south southern part of Nigeria. He is currently 49 years old.
