Chidi Mokeme is a famous Nollywood actor, investor, television host and a model. He was born on 17th March 1972 in Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently 45 years old. He attended Salvation Army Primary School Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. After his primary school education he proceeded to Federal Government College in Mina, Niger State in the northern part of Nigeria.
After obtaining his Senior School Certificate, Chidi Mokeme proceeded to Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu and graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science.
Chidi Mokeme started his career as a model before joining the Nigeria movie industry (Nollywood) in 2003. He came into limelight after he anchored the first two edition of the Gulder Ultimate Search Talent Hunt Show.
He is currently a television reality show host and a Nollywood actor. He is the host of Gulder Ultimate Search Reality TV Show and has acted in more than 100 Nollywood movies which include Abuja Connection, Critical Condition, His Excellency, Fire Dancer, etc.
On 28th April 2012, Chidi Mokeme got married to Jean Olumba Mokeme and the couples are blessed with two beautiful children namely; Daniel and Noah Mokeme.
His wife is a pharmacist and a medical doctor practicing in the United States of America where she grew up and resides presently.
Chidi Mokeme can speak Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo. He regards himself as a full time Nigerian. He has starred in many Yoruba movies as well as many Igbo movies.
He has won several movie awards which include the Most Prominent Actor in Nigeria at the African Movie Academy Awards and Best Actor in Nigeria in a Leading Role at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
Chidi Mokeme was once a brand ambassador of a telecommunication company known as Zodaphone. He is currently a GLO brand Ambassador.
