Mercy Johnson Ozioma Okojie is a Nollywood actress, model and a philanthropist. She is currently married. She was born on 28th August, 1984 in Lagos & grew up in both Port Harcourt , Calabar & Lagos, Nigeria. She is currently 32 years old & married to Prince Odianosen Okojie & bless with three kids Henry, Angel & Purity Okojie.
She is originally from Okene, Kogi State, Nigeria & had her first taste of education in Calabar where her biological dad resides.
Her parent name is Mr. Daniel & Mrs. Elizabeth Johnson. Her father was a former Naval Officer.
She attends streams State Secondary School & Nigerian Navy Secondary School in Port Harcourt, River State.
Mercy Johnson had to quit education & relocate to Lagos to find green & pastures & was introduced to Nollywood by a friend.
She is the sixth child in a family of seven. She Joined the Nigeria movie industry (Nollywood) in 2004.
She rose to fame after starring in the tragic movie “The Maid” in which she performed the role of a house help.
In an interview she confessed that she joined the movie industry after failing JAMB twice. She has starred in over 60 videos.
