Omotola Jalade Ekeinde is a Nollywood actress, singer, model, entrepreneur and a philanthropist. She was born on 7th February, 1978 in Lagos, Nigeria to her parents Oluwatoyin Jalade & Oluwashola Jalade. She is originally from Ondo State, Nigeria but grew up in Lagos, Nigeria. She is currently 38 years old.
She attended Oxford Children School Lagos, Chrisland Primary School Lagos & Command Secondary School Kaduna.
She attended Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife & Yaba College of Technology Lagos & studied Estate Management.
She joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 1995. She is one of the leading actress in Nollywood.
She was introduced to acting by a friend. Her first acting role was in the 1995 movie “Venom of Justice” directed by Reginald Ebere.
She rose to fame after starring in the blockbuster movie “Mortal Inheritance” The film is regarded as Nollywood best movie.
She has starred in several blockbuster movies, including Games Women Play, Blood Sisters, All My Life, Last Wedding, etc.
