Shad Gregory Moss popularly known by his stage name as Bow Wow is a famous American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and a television host. He was born on 9th March 1987 in Columbus, Ohio in the United States of America. He is currently 31 years old. He is very handsome, skilful, creative, gifted and talented.

Bow Wow released his first debut studio album “Beware of Dog” in 2000 at the age of 13 years old which was followed by his second debut studio album “Doggy Bag” in 2001. Bow Wow is the son of Teresa Rena Caldwell and Alfonso Preston Moss. At the age of 3 years old, he became interested in rap. Under the moniker “Kid Gangsta” he began rapping recreationally at the age of 6 years old. He was also a fan of N.W.A at that very tender age.

In 1993, he performed at a concert in Los Angeles and was noticed by rapper Snoop Dogg, who subsequently gave him his stage name “Lil Bow Wow”. In 1998, at the age of 11 years old, Bow Wow met record producer Jermaine Dupri, who helped shape his career.

In 1999, the soundtrack to the movie Wild Wild West featured his song “The Stick Up” with his mentor Jermaine Dupri. In 2000, at the age of 13 years old, he rose to fame after the release of his debut studio album “Beware of Dog” under the stage name Lil Bow Wow.

His first debut studio album has hit singles like “Bounce With Me” which featured R&B girl group “Xscape”. The album also included “Bow Wow (That’s My Name)” featuring Snoop Dogg, which topped the rap chart. The album also includes “Puppy Love” and “Ghetto Girls”.

On 5th March 2001, the Recording Industry Association of America certified “Beware of Dog” double platinum, signifying sales of two million copies worldwide. In a 2009 interview, the rapper claimed that the album had sold over 3 million copies worldwide since its release.

In 2003, Lil Bow Wow released his third debut studio album “Unleased” which was the first album released after the “Lil” was removed from his stage name. As of 27th September 2015, Lil Bow Wow has signed a management deal with Bad Boy Records.

Lil Bow Wow made his first movie appearance in “All About The Benjamins” in 2002 as a cameo. In that same year, Lil Bow Wow made his debut as the lead role in “Like Mike”. He later began to undertake lead roles in movies such as “Johnson Family Vacation” in 2004 and “Roll Bounce” in 2005.

In 2006, he played a supporting role in the film “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift”. Lil Bow Wow also appeared in five episodes of the television series “Entourage” and starred as Brody Nelson in CSI: Cyber until the show’s cancelation in 2016.

His family supported him through his choice of music as a career. Lil Bow Wow lives in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America alongside with his mother. Lil Bow Wow has a daughter with Joie Chavis named Shai Moss, who was born on 27th April 2011. Lil Bow Wow was formerly engaged to Erica Mena, before finally settling with Joie Chavis.

Lil Bow Wow is currently one of the richest and most influential hip hop rapper and artist in the United States of America with an estimated net worth of $50 million.
