Buhari Is A Greater Threat To One Nigeria Than Nnamdi Kanu And Sunday Igboho

Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has described President Muhammadu Buhari as the greatest threat to Nigeria’s unity. According to Reno Omokri, neither Nnamdi Kanu leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) nor Sunday Igboho, leader of the Yoruba Oduduwa nation agitation, is a threat to one Nigeria.

He pointed out that Buhari’s leadership style, especially the way he makes his appointments and the manner he handles the issues of herdsmen attacks across the country have created a huge division among Nigerians.

Reno Omokri tweet on Wednesday may not be unconnected to President Buhari’s latest threats to deal with individuals and groups attempting to destroy his government. Daily Post reported on Tuesday that Buhari, after receiving reports of destruction of facilities of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), had issued a stern warning to fight back.

But Reno Omokri believes that the greatest threats to One Nigeria are not Sunday Igboho or Nnamdi Kanu. Although, both of them are symptoms. He insisted that the real disease is Muhammadu Buhari. If appointments are balanced, if development is even, if herdsmen and bandits that killed us are punished, who would talk of Oduduwa and Biafra?”

He insisted that Buhari is the root cause of Nigeria problem and that his style of leadership has destroyed the integrity of the country and has rendered the country useless.
