Chelsea Eze Biography and Net Worth

Chelsea Ada Ezerioha popularly known as Chelsea Eze is a fast rising Nollywood actress, model, aspiring movie producer and a television personality. She was born on 15^th November 1985 in Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria. She is currently 32 years old. She is very beautiful, creative, gifted, skillful and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles and can fit in any character given to her by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.

Chelsea Eze is originally from Umuahia, Abia State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. Her parents were both Bankers. Chelsea Eze completed her primary school education in Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria and obtained her First School Leaving Certificate.

After completing her primary school education, Chelsea Eze attended Federal Government Girls College in Minjibir and completed her secondary school education in St. Louis Secondary School both in Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria and obtained her West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, Chelsea Eze proceeded to University of Maiduguri in Borno State in the northern part of Nigeria graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Linguistics. According to her interview with The Punch Newspaper, she stated that “Her childhood was fun because at that time Kano was very peaceful and beautiful, not now that boko haram are terrorizing the area”.

In 2009, Chelsea Eze joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and acted in her first Nollywood movie “Silent Scandals” alongside with Genevieve Nnaji and Majid Michel. The movie “Silent Scandals” became a blockbuster and skyrocket her to fame. In 2010, the movie “Silent Scandals” won her the award for Most Promising Actress in Nigeria at the 6^th Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Prior to her role in Silent Scandals, she was a model and her only acting experience was in stage plays, which she did in churches. In 2009, she was invited by Nollywood movie producer, Vivian Ejike to audition for a supporting role in the movie “Silent Scandals” and she was chosen to appear in the film.

Chelsea Eze has acted in more than 70 Nollywood movies which include Silent Scandal, Timeless Passion, Twist, Two Brides and a Baby, Hoodrush, Murder at Prime Suites, Close Door, The Kingdom, Tears of Passion, etc. She acts mostly in romantic movies alongside with Majid Michel, Genevieve Nnaji, Ken Erics, Yul Edochie, Mercy Johnson Okojie, Ik Ogbonna, oC Ukeje, Joseph Benjamin and Uti Nwachukwu amongst others.

In 2010, she was nominated for Most Promising Talent at the Best of Nollywood Awards. In 2010, she won the award for Revelation of the Year at the Best of Nollywood Awards. In 2010, she also won the award for Best Upcoming Actress at the ZAFAA Awards.

In 2011, she was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role (English) at the Best of Nollywood Awards. In 2013, she was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting role at the Nollywood Movie Awards.

Chelsea Eze is currently one of the richest and most influential actress in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $350,000.
