Davido Wants To Quit Music Just Because Of His Fight With Burna Boy

Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer and record label owner David Adeleke AKA Davido has taken to his verified Twitter page to state that he may consider quitting music. This comes shortly after there were multiple online reports that he had a brawl with fellow musician Burna Boy at a night club known as “Hype Club” in Ghana.

Davido and Burna were said to have been scheduled to perform at an event in Ghana, but due to the existing bad blood and malice between them, a fight ensued at the night club. A video also accompanied the viral reports which showed Davido leaving the club in the midst of people.

In his tweet, the 28-year-old singer simply said, “I go leave this music for una.”

This has led to frenzy on social media, with ardent fans leading the charge in support of the “risky” singer. The altercation in Ghana has also fueled rumours and speculation concerning alleged bad-blood between Davido and the self-proclaimed African Giant Burna Boy.

So far both Burna Boy and Davido’s camp have kept mute over the alleged brawl at the club in Ghana despite videos that have surfaced online. Several news outlets have reached out to them, but there is yet to be any further report concerning the incident.
