Aubrey Drake Graham popularly known by his stage name as Drake is a famous Canadian-American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and an actor. He was born on 24th October 1986 in Toronto, Canada. He is currently 31 years old. Drake first gained global recognition as an actor on the teen drama television series “Degrassi: The Next Generation” in the early 2000s.

Drake Graham was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His father’s name is Dennis Graham, he is an African-American and practicing Catholic from Memphis, Tennessee. He was a former drummer who performed alongside Jerry Lee Lewis. His mother’s name is Sandra Graham, she is a white Ashkenazi Jewish Canadian. She was a former English teacher and florist.

Drake attended a Jewish day school, and had a Bar Mitzvah ceremony. He is a dual citizen of the United States of America and Canada. His parents divorced when he was just five years old. After the divorce of his parents, he and his mother remained in Toronto, while his father returned to Memphis, where he was jailed for many years on drug-related charges.

Drake attended Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, where he demonstrated an affinity for the arts. He started acting while still a student at Forest Hill Collegiate Institute. He later attended Vaughan Road Academy in the city’s multicultural Oakwood-Vaughan neighborhood.

Drake was often bullied in school for his racial and religious background, and upon realizing that his busy class schedule was detrimental to his aspiring acting career, Drake dropped out of school. He later went back to school after he had become famous and graduated in October 2012.

In 2017, he released his fifth debut studio album “Playlist” with hit single like “More Life”. In 2018, he released his sixth debut studio album “Double Album Scorpion” with hit singles like “God’s Plan”, “Nice for What” and “In My Feelings”. Drake holds several Billboard chart records. He has the most charted songs among solo artists in the history of the Billboard Hot 100.
