Emeka Okoro is a famous Nollywood actor, director, media personality, writer, singer, model and a television personality. He is popularly known for playing criminal roles and hit man roles in movies alongside with Hanks Anuku, Gentle Jack, Emma Ehumadu, Jim Iyke, Saint Obi and a host of other top Nollywood celebrities.

He was born and bred in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia State in the south eastern part of Nigeria, where he completed both his primary and secondary school education and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

He is very handsome, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles. He knows how to interpret his roles very well and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.

Emeka Okoro is originally from Umuahia in Ukwuano Local Government Area of Abia State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He started acting at a very tender age and participated in several drama and stage play in his secondary school days as a teenager.

In 1995, Emeka Okoro joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and acted in his first movie “Dirty Deal” a movie that brought him to limelight and gave him a lot of advantage in Nollywood. In 2003, Emeka Okoro rose to fame after acting in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “The Senator” a movie he acted alongside with Hanks Anuku, JohnPaul Nwadike and Professor Laz Ekweume.

Emeka Okoro has acted in more than 90 Nollywood movies which include Dirty Deal, The Senator, Flee, Occultic Battle, First Love, One Love, Men and Money, Ojuelegba, Circle of Tears, Take me to Mama, When God Says Yes, My Sweet Heart, His Majesty, etc.

In 2018, he wrote, produced and directed his own movie titled “Flee” a movie which he featured several top Nollywood celebrities and in which he also acted in as a major character. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Media Activate Concept, a media outfit and marketing company.

He is currently one of the most handsome, most gifted, most skillful, most creative and most talented actors in Nigeria. He knows how to interpret his roles very well and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.

Emeka Okoro in the cause of his career as an actor has won few awards which include Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards, Most Prominent Actor in Nigeria at the Best of Nollywood Awards and Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
