Eniola Badmus is a famous Nollywood actress and a radio personality. She often acts in both Yoruba and English movies. She was born on 7th September 1983 in Ijebu Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State in the south western part of Nigeria. She is currently 34 years old.
After her primary and secondary school education, Eniola Badmus proceeded to University of Ibadan in Oyo State and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts.
After obtaining her first degree in University of Ibadan, Eniola Badmus proceeded further to Lagos State University and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Economics.
After completing her university education, Eniola Badmus joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 2000. In 2008 she rose to fame after staring in the popular Yoruba movie “Jenifa” and “Omo Ghetto”. The two movies shot her to stardom and also won her the Best Actress Award (Yoruba) at the African Viewers Choice Awards.
Eniola Badmus has acted in more than 200 Nollywood movies which include Jenifa, Angelina, Village Babes, Blackberry Babes, Wicked Step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Ibu, Child Seller, Not My Queen, Visa Lottery, Police Academy, Battle for Justice, Miss Fashion, etc.
In March 2016, Eniola Badmus signed an endorsement deal with telecommunication giant Etisalat worth millions of naira and automatically became its brand ambassador. Eniola Badmus is currently married with beautiful children.
Eniola Badmus has won several movie awards which include Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards, Most Promising Actress in Nigeria at the African Movie Academy Awards and Best Comic Actress in Nigeria at the City Peoples Entertainment Awards.
In 2010, Eniola Badmus was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Best of Nollywood Awards. In 2012, she won the Best Actress in a Leading Role Awards (Yoruba) at the Best of Nollywood Awards. In 2014, she won the Best Actress in Nigeria (Yoruba) at the City Peoples Entertainment Awards.
In 2014, she won the Best Comic Act Award at the Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards. In 2015, she won the Best Actress in Africa at the Black Entertainment Film, Fashion and Arts Awards
Eniola Badmus is currently one of the richest and most influential actress in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $1.2 million.
