Former President Obasanjo Tells Nigerian Youths What To Do To Secure Power In Nigeria

Former President of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has lend his fatherly advice to Nigerian youths on what to do to secure power in Nigeria. Obasanjo while distributing 85 tricycles (Keke Napep) to the youths across the federation to commemorate his 85th birthday. The distribution cuts across all the 36 States and the federal capital territory.

In his remarks, Obasanjo reiterated that youths should seize this ample opportunity to seize power from those messing things up instead of abandoning the country. The former president also charged youths to rise to the occasion of contributing to addressing the problems confronting the nation.

Obasanjo said the Youth should do away with the idea of “Youths are leaders of tomorrow” that now is the time to take the advantage of the available opportunities to make their lives better. Obasanjo further stated that if youths continue to flee from the country, the country will be more messy and nothing will ever remain for upcoming generation. He further maintained that there are lots of opportunities in the country.
