The former president of the federal republic of Nigeria Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has criticized Buhari for going to a medical checkup in oversea. He stated that they are wonderful doctors in Nigeria and it will be encouraging for the President to patronize them. The former President has come out with fresh claims suggesting that the Buhari led administration is involved with favoritism and political nepotism.
Goodluck Jonathan also claimed that his administration was a meritorious one and he left no room for nepotism rather he made sure that all the ethnic groups in Nigeria were appointed into his administration.
He made these statements during a one-day visit to the Emir of Bauchi’s palace on Tuesday. Jonathan cited his appointment of the current governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, as the Minister of FCT during his administration and claims to have done that without knowing him.
According to his words; “Yes, I did not know him when I met him and made him the FCT Minister,” Goodluck Jonathan stated. 
However, President Muhammadu Buhari’s Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, has confirmed that the president will go for his routine medical checkup in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
She said Buhari has his doctor since 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and would do the same next year if he decides. She also disclosed her annoyance over the unjust criticism the president has received for seeking medical attention overseas and asked Nigerians to stop complaining.

I still don’t understand why president buhari prefer going to medical check-up in London to Nigeria. Does this mean we don’t have quality doctors in the country… Buhari needs to be criticize
