At certain point in time, we experience hair issues which can hinder our hair growth but it’s always good to know what to eat to make your hair grow healthy.   There are so many hair growth products that claim to work in the market but the best way to improve the quality of your hair is to improve the quality of your diet.

Certain factors may restrict your hair from growing such as poor hygiene, genes, poor or harsh products, health conditions etc. With these foods, your body will be nourished from inside and your hair can start to grow healthy again.
