1. Daily Essentials
Take your shower everyday with antibacterial soap to keep yourself free from dirt and germs, because not doing that can lead to bacterial build up and will be bad for your overall health. Avoid hot shower as it strips the moisture of your skin and dries it out leading to dry itchy skin.
2. Exercise
Exercise is good for the body, also it keeps your body and soul together. Exercise helps to relieve you from anxiety, depression, boost your immune system, increases blood circulation which will definitely make you glow, burn unhealthy fats and keeps you healthy and strong.
3. Oral Health
These include brushing and washing your mouth. Not maintaining a good oral hygiene can lead to several illnesses and also result in mouth odour and bad breathe. Having smelly breathe is a major turn up.
To maintain a proper oral hygiene, always brush your teeth at least twice daily, before breakfast and after dinner or you can make your own mouthwash with a cup of water, a teaspoon of baking soda and a few drops of any antimicrobial essential oil.
4. Eat Healthy
Healthy eating can benefit your overall health. It can prevent you from disease, boost mood, improve memory, build strong bones and teeth, protect your heart, improve gut health and reduce the risk of cancer, etc. Go for balanced diet meal such as fruits and vegetables, carbs, proteins, minerals and vitamins, etc.
5. Stay Smooth
Always get rid of the hairs in your underarms in order to prevent bacteria, sweat and odour. Also take care of the rest of your body, taking care of your feet is also important. Soak your feet in warm water mixed with vinegar, sit back and relax for 15 minutes and scrub off all the dead skin.
6. Do Not Ignore Your Intimate Hygiene
Ignoring your intimate hygiene can cause infections and odour. Always wash with clean water to prevent you from getting infections. It’s scary to go to public toilets so you can use a seat cover or a sanitizer to stay away from all the dirt and germs.
7. Maintain A Good Skin Routine
From exfoliating to cleansing, it is good to exfoliate your skin so as to get rid of dead skin cells and renew skin cell growth. Nourish your skin with body lotions that contain natural ingredients such as coconut oil, shea butter, etc that add deep moisture to your skin. Also moisturize your face regularly and apply lip balm to prevent chapped lips.
8. Water
It is very important to drink water and keep yourself hydrated. Dehydrated body can reflect on your skin outside leading to dry and chapped skin. Dehydration also ages the skin and gives it wrinkles a lot faster. Therefore, up your liquid levels with lots of water, green tea, fruit juices etc.
