You can also opt for a third-party payment collection and delivery system that accepts credit cards or PayPal payments automatically and sends the PDF file to the buyer’s email address after verifying the payment receipt.

The fifth step is to create your own domain name for your website. You need to make your domain name very easy to remember and also use a unique name that can help to drive in traffic to your website. Once you have gotten a unique name for your website, you can register the domain name with Godaddy or Hostgator at a cheaper amount.

The sixth step is to select an online publisher that will serve as a depository for your PDF file. The online publisher that you will choose will also serve as a storefront providing digital delivery as an alternative to providing your own website. In this step you are expected to set up an account with the online publisher and also make sure that you carefully read the publishing agreements to make sure that you retain control over your work and that you know how much of the selling price you will be receiving from each book sale. The seventh and final step is to advertise and promote your PDF file on the internet to bring as much attention to it as possible. Don’t forget to talk about its existence. Try as much as possible to setup your own website to market the book. You can also buy ad space with online marketing companies that advertise with sites that match your reader’s profiles. You can also promote and advertise it on your social media account like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can also partner with bloggers and convince them to share your product with their audience so as to drive traffic towards your PDF file. Always remember that every visitor to your file’s location is a potential buyer, so marketing your PDF file very well will bring in sells and income.
