1. Vegetables

Vegetables increase your intake in green leafy vegetables as it contains high amounts of chlorophyll which is rich in iron. Green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, radish greens, lettuce, kale, sweet potatoes, etc can be consumed on a regular basis to help treat anemia.

2. Beetroot

Beetroot are rich in folic acid, minerals, vitamin C, iron and it is also a great blood builder. It helps in increasing the iron levels by reactivating the red blood cells which increases the supply of oxygen to the body. Drink beetroot juice everyday for a healthy blood.

3. Raisins
