IPOB Appoints New Leader To Take Over From Late Don Ikonso

The camp of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) security outfit known as Eastern Security Network (ESN) which was in panic due to the death of their commander Don Ikonso on Sunday seems to be getting much better with the appointment of a new commander to head the security outfit of the group.

Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been agitating to be free and have their own nation for so long. It will interest you to know, that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the biggest force behind this group. So, the days of confusion in IPOB camp has finally been settled with a new leader who will take over from where late Don Ikonso stopped untimely.

This was made known by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary Emmanuel Powerful, who disclosed this when he appeared on Channels Television programme. However, Emmanuel Powerful refused to disclose the name of the new commander.

According to the words of Emmanuel Powerful; “People can say whatever they like, but they are intact. Another commander has taken over, and he won’t disclose his name” he stated.
