Emmanuel Onochie Ozougwu popularly known as Laclass Ozougwu is a fast rising Nollywood actor, writer, model, television personality and a vibrant entrepreneur who is currently based in Atlanta, United States of America. He was born on 10^th July 1984 in Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently 33 years old.

He is very handsome, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.

Laclass Ozougwu is originally from Ngwo, Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria, where he completed both his primary and secondary school education and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing his primary and secondary school education, Laclass Ozougwu proceeded to Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) in Enugu, Nigeria and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

After completing his tertiary education, Laclass Ozougwu attended Film Institute in Jos, Plateau State in the northern part of Nigeria and was trained as a professional actor.

After his graduation from Film Institute in Jos, Laclass Ozougwu joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and started acting in Nollywood movies. Laclass Ozougwu rose to fame after acting in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “Heart of a Widow” a movie that brought him to limelight and earned him a nomination for Most Promising Actor in Nigeria at the City People Entertainment Awards.

The movie “Heart of a Widow” was directed by Michael Jaja and stares Nollywood celebrites like Mercy Johnson Okojie, Angela Okorie, Kenneth Okonkwo and Frank Artus, amongst others. Laclass Ozougwu is one of the most handsome, most gifted, most skillful, most creative and most talented rising actors in Nigeria, he knows how to interpret his role very well and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria.

Laclass Ozougwu has acted in more than 50 Nollywood movies which include Heart of a Widow, Mary the Hunter, Dera My Beloved, Nwanyi Udi, Sisters of Delilah, etc. He acts mostly in action, comic, sorrowful and romantic movies alongside with Eve Essien, Ken Erics, Yul Edochie, Junior Pope, Zubby Michael, Chizzy Alichi, Chacha Eke and other top Nollywood celebrities.

Aside from acting, Laclass Ozougwu is also an entrepreneur and an international businessman currently based in Atlanta, United States of America. He is not yet married and has not disclosed who his girlfriend is.

Laclass Ozougwu in the cause of his acting career has won few awards which include Best New Actor of the Year (English) at the City People Entertainment Awards, Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and Most Promising Actor in Nigeria (English) at the City People Entertainment Awards.

Laclass Ozougwu is currently one of the richest and most influential actor in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $500,000.
