Michael Godson Ifeanyichukwu popularly known as Michael Godson is a famous Nollywood actor, model and a television personality. He is popularly known for playing romantic role in movies. He was born on 10^th October 1985 in Kano, the capital of Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria. He is currently 33 years old. He is originally from Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria.

Michael Godson completed both his primary and secondary school education in Owerri, Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. After completing his primary and secondary school education, Michael Godson got admitted into University of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria and graduated four years later with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and Communication Arts.

In 2010, Michael Godson joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and rose to fame after acting in the blockbuster movie “7 Books of Moses” a movie produced by Richrock Productions and directed by Nonso Emeka Ekwe.

The movie became a blockbuster and skyrocket him to prominence. Michael Godson has acted in over 100 Nollywood movies which include Secret Of Riches, Sincerely Mine, Kingdom of Darkness, 7 Book Of Moses, Wave of Madness, The Prince and the Slave, Sword of Vengeance, My Mother’s Wish, Ultimate Sacrifice, Unending Love, Amaka Ntu, Caught in the Act, The Real Deal, Amarachi, amongst others.

Michael Godson has starred in several Nollywood movies alongside with famous Nollywood celebrities like Pete Edochie, Nonso Diobi, Mercy Johnson, Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade, Clem Ohameze, Kenneth Okonkwo, Van Vicker and John Dumelo, amongst others. He is currently a youth ambassador for the Independent National Electoral Commission for Nigeria.

Michael Godson in the cause of his career has won several awards which include Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards, Most Promising Actor in Nigeria at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards and Best Actor in a Support Role at the Best of Nollywood Awards.

Michael Godson is currently single. He has confessed during an interview that he has no girl. And that he hasn’t recovered yet from the heartbreak he received after breaking up with his ex-girlfriend. However, as of now it hasn’t been ascertain if he has gotten a new girl.

Michael Godson is very handsome and currently one of the richest and most influential actors in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $700,000.
