Mr Macaroni Reacts To The Videos Of Igbo Traders Attacked In Lagos While Trying To Register For PVC

A popular skit maker and also a Nollywood Actor, Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has cried out following trending videos where some Igbo traders are attacked at some places in Lagos. There were some trending videos in which some Igbo traders were attacked while trying to register for the permanent voter’s card.

Mr Macaroni decried the treatment of the Igbo traders. Permanent Voters Card registration is current going on across the federation. Nigerians are massively registering to participate in the 2023 general election.

In his exact reaction, Mr Macaroni tweeted this; “I have seen different videos of Igbo traders being attacked in Lagos while trying to register for their PVC’s. We can’t be shouting get your PVC and some people are attacking others while they are trying to do it. It is wrong and evil. These are the issues”

Well, there are no official statements supporting this purported attack on Igbo traders. There is the need for relevant government officials to look into this allegation and fish out the perpetrators. We must be united on the course of moving Nigeria forward.
