Nigeria May Not Exist In 2023 - Pastor Adeboye Opens Up

The General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has raised a serious question whether there will be Nigeria in 2023 or not. To him, looking at the condition in the country, Nigeria may not exist in 2023. Pastor Adeboye, in a sermon, on Sunday said some people wanted fame and political power at all cost as they were getting ready to kill themselves over 2023.

He said such people did not know if there was going to be 2023 or not and that if there was 2023, they did not know if they would be alive or not. Pastor Adeboye added that someone asked him who would be the president of Nigeria in 2023 and that he asked him whether he knew there would be Nigeria in 2023 or not.

In his words; “Some people want fame, they want power, political power. This is 2021 some people are already getting ready to kill themselves over 2023. They don’t even know whether there will be Nigeria in 2023. Even if there is Nigeria in 2023, will they still be around to witness it. There is nobody who can say for sure that they will still be around tomorrow.

“It is God who decides who will be around in 2023 or not. Someone asked me, who do you think is going to be President in 2023 and I said President of where? He said Nigeria.

“I said, how are you sure there will be Nigeria in 2023? I pray there will be, so don’t misquote me, my question is, are you sure they will be Nigeria in 2023?”

According to Pastor Adeboye, true promotion comes from God, as he raised up one and brought down another. According to his words; “If He decides to promote you, then you will be promoted but seek Him first,” he said. According to Pastor Adeboye Nigeria may not exist in 2023.
