Nikoletta Samonas popularly known as Nikki Samonas is a famous Ghanaian actress, model, TV presenter and a television personality. She is popularly known for her ability to act in romantic movies. She was born on 5th September 1985 in Accra, Ghana to a Greek father and a Ghanaian mother. She is currently 33 years old.

She is very beautiful, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles. She knows how to interpret her roles very well and can fit in any character given to her by movie producers and directors in Ghana and Nigeria respectively.

She was born to a Greek father and a Ghanaian mother. She joined the Ghanaian and Nigerian movie industry in 2005 and initially became famous after her role in the film “My First Wife” which she acted alongside with Nollywood famous actor Jim Iyke and Nollywood famous actress Rita Dominic. The movie “My First Wife” became a blockbuster in Ghana and Nigeria and skyrocket her to prominence. Aside from acting, she is also a television presenter and a model.

Nikki Samonas completed both her primary and secondary school education in Accra, Ghana and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, Nikki Samonas proceeded to Kwame Nkruma University of Science and Technology in Accra, Ghana and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Television Production and majoring in Editing and Animation.

Nikki Samonas came to limelight in 2005 after she featured in the TV series “Ladies and Gentlemen” which was produced by the makers of “Things We Do For Love” TV series which she also starred in . She featured in the movie “Beyonce the President Daughter” which was her first lead role in a movie in 2008.

After that, Nikki Samonas was called up to play a lead role in the 2009 film “Pretty Queen”. Throughout her acting career, she has worked with top actors and actresses from all over Africa. Nikki Samonas was the presenter on the African Movie Review show produced by Farmhouse Productions from 2010 to 2011 and also had her first modeling commercial break for high fashion jeweler “Chris Aire” in Hollywood, United States of America in 2011.

In 2011, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the City People Entertainment Awards.
