Her mother, Rita Daniels is a Nollywood actress and a movie producer while her father is unknown. She was born into a family of four children comprising of two boys and two girls. She is the first daughter and third child in her family.

Regina Daniels grew up in Asaba, Delta State in the south southern part of Nigeria. She attended Hollywood International School in Asaba, Delta State in the south southern part of Nigeria, where she completed both her primary and secondary school education and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, Regina Daniels proceeded to Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State in the south southern part of Nigeria, where she is currently studying Mass Communication. Her Mother Rita Daniels is currently the chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Delta State chapter and was the one that introduced her into the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood at a very tender age of 7 years old in 2007.

Regina Daniels has acted in more than 200 Nollywood movies. Some of the movies she has acted include Miracle Child, Python Girl, Spider Girl, Hanging Coffin, Jaja the Great, Queen Rebecca, Royal Covenant, Stronger than the Gods, Tears of Ojiugo, and many more. She was introduced into the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood at a very tender age by her mother, Rita Daniels when she was just 7 years old and started her acting career as a child actress in 2007.
