Regina Daniels grew up in Asaba, Delta State in the south southern part of Nigeria. She was born into a family of four children comprising of two boys and two girls. She is the first daughter and third child in her family. She attended Hollywood International School in Asaba, Delta State in the south southern part of Nigeria, where she completed both her primary and secondary school education and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education, Regina Daniels proceeded to Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State in the south southern part of Nigeria to pursue a degree in Mass Communication. She later quit her education and got married to Ned Nwoko, a billionaire and senator in 2018.
