Regina Daniels Finally Reveals Why She Married Ned Nwoko

Controversial Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has once again left many social media users talking following a recent interview she had. Regina Daniels marriage to her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, has no doubt remained a thing of controversy since 2019. Regardless of this, the young wife is living her best life without a care in the world.

In a recent interview, the young actress opened up on why she didn’t marry a younger man but agreed to marry Ned Nwoko who is 40 years older than her. According to her, she is very stubborn and had always desired to marry someone who is older than her. According to her, young men within 30s cannot handle her talk less of young men below 30s.

By her words, the young actress refuted the widely circulated reports that she married Ned Nwoko because of money, but rather because she loves and respects him. She said: “I don’t think I would have married someone of my age because I’m quite stubborn. Very very stubborn.”

When asked if Ned Nwoko being older is one of the reasons she respects him and isn’t headstrong, Regina Daniels said everything is just fine as expected. When asked what she calls her husband, Regina Daniels responded: “He is my baby.“

Meanwhile, Ned Nwoko recently made a heartwarming remark about Regina Daniels when he acknowledged her as his wife. He shared a beautiful photo of him and the actress in a dimly lit posh restaurant as they smiled at the camera.

Regina Daniels has just bore Ned Nwoko her first male child and it seems she is happily married with him. When asked why she married a man old enough to be her father, Regina Daniels replied that she married him because she is madly in love with him and as for his age, Regina Daniels revealed that age is just a number.

Regina Daniels marriage to Ned Nwoko, was contracted in April 2019, and it was widely criticized on social media because of the 40-year age gap between the couple.

According to her words; “I don’t think I could have married someone of my age because I am quite stubborn, very stubborn, my head is not down but with my husband that is not the case because I respect him a lot,” she noted.

Regina Daniels became famous after starring in several blockbuster movies in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. She became more famous after getting married to Nigerian billionaire Ned Nwoko. In January 2019, former Vice President of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar appointed her as his youth campaign coordinator.

Long before she was romantically linked with Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels has been in a romantic relationship with her ex-boyfriend Somadina Adinma. She dumped him after finding love in another man which is Ned Nwoko. In 2019, her billionaire hubby Ned Nwoko financed her cinematic movie project titled ‘The Enemy I know’ which featured Nigerian music star, Naira Marley and other top Nollywood celebrities. The movie reportedly cost N150m in expenditure.
