Genevieve Nwadinma Ogbuewu popularly known by her stage name as Splash is a fast rising Nigerian female indigenous rapper, singer, songwriter, recording artist, stage performer and a model. She is very beautiful, gifted, skillful, creative and talented. She is popularly known for her ability to rap in the Igbo language.

She was born on 27th November 1987 in Enugu coal city, Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. She is currently 30 years old. She act and dress mostly like a guy or nigga.

Splash is originally from Ebonyi State in the south eastern part of Nigeria, but was born and bred in Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria, where she completed both her primary and secondary school education and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing her primary and secondary school education in Enugu, Splash proceeded to Ebonyi State University in Abakaliki and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language.

Splash is currently signed to August Pee Entertainment. The young female rapper began her music career professionally when she relocated to Lagos few years ago and worked with top musical acts and producers in the Nigerian music industry.

Some of the professional musical acts she has worked with include; Nigga Raw, Phyno, Flavour, Selebobo, J Martins, Zoro, Wizboy, amongst others. She became famous after signing a record deal contract with August Pee Entertainment in Lagos, Nigeria.

Splash rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing her hit single “Church Agbasa” a song that made her a public figure. The song “Church Agbasa” topped many charts in Nigeria and received several positive reviews and commercial success. Splash draws comparison with Nigerian greatest indigenous rapper Phyno because of her unique style and concept of rapping in the Igbo language.

The pretty face rapper who rap mostly in the Igbo language grew up listening to the likes of Jay Z, Kenya West, Eminem, Mode 9, amongst others. According to her, her mission in the music industry is simply to take over and rule as a leading rapper not just for ladies but the entire music industry.

Her debut hit single “Church Agbasa” was produced by Sahara and Sainty. It was mixed and mastered by Ace music producer VC Perez. Since then till date Splash has release hit singles that are currently banging on the airways both on radio and television.

The hit single “Church Agbasa” earned her nominations for Best New Act to Watch and Best Indigenous Rapper at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards and City People Entertainment Awards.
