Nollywood actor Leo Mezie is in a critical condition right now. The handsome Nollywood actor was diagnosed again with kidney disease. He is still suffering and need helps from the public. Earlier in July 2016, word got out that the actor was down with kidney-related disease. He miraculously survived the kidney disease three years ago and right now the kidney disease is back again.
In 2017 we all thought that the actor has recovered fully from the kidney disease but till date he is still suffering from the same ailment. Leo Mezie whose full name is Leonard Chimezie Onyemachi is a famous Nollywood actor, model and television personality. He is originally from Umuahia, Abia State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. In 1996, Leo Mezie joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and started attending movie auditions and acting as a minor character in movies.
He has featured in movies like Royal Insult, No Man’s Land, Labista, Total War, Heart of a Slave, Close Enemy, King’s Sleepless Night, Empty Throne, and many more. Leo Mezie is married to Maureen, a lady whom he met when he was frustrated from a broken relationship.
2. Ernest Asuzu
Top Nollywood actor Ernest Asuzu has reportedly become a road side beggar after a long time battle with stroke. In a now trending video posted by a passerby and fan, identified as Bolingo2014 , it was reported that the actor who was once known for his vibrant acting and interpretation of movie roles was captured shirtless, as he confirmed the details in tears.
Bolingo slammed Nollywood saying the industry is a huge disgrace as he was shocked to see the veteran actor in such emaciated state with no help from his colleagues in the entertainment industry, prompting the video. On Sunday, January 26, 2020, Ernest Asuzu was spotted topless rocking a blue jean pants and bathroom slippers, at Shoprite Surulere, Lagos begging for alms to feed.
Ernest Asuzu has been battling with stroke for many years and hasn’t recovered yet. Ernest Asuzu is originally from Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently married to Jennifer Asuzu. He began his acting career in the late 90s and joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood). He rose to fame after acting in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “Another Campus Queen” and “Labista” an action thriller movie that brought him to limelight.
3. Ifeanyi Ezeokeke
Nollywood actor Ifeanyi Ezeokeke is down with strange illness. Ifeanyi Ezeokeke who is regarded as one of Nollywood’s popular stars in the 1990s is seriously ill and his colleagues are appealing for financial help to fly him abroad for treatment. The movie star who became famous for his role in the Nollywood movie blockbuster movie “Conspiracy” is said to be down with a mysterious illness.
His colleagues Diewait Ipechukwu and Ejike Okoye paid a visit to his house where they expressed their shock at the deteriorating state of his health. Diewait Ipechukwu later took to his Facebook page where he shared a photo of the ailing actor and revealed that the actor’s present situation is pathetic.
Ifeanyi Ezeokeke started his acting career as a child actor and rose to prominence after his role in “Conspiracy” where he got the nick name Ugo Shave Me. In 2003, Ifeanyi Ezeokeke starred in the Nollywood blockbuster movie Egg of Life where he played the role of a royal prince.
