Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is mad at supporters of Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi popularly known as Obidients for posting an obituary of her just because she is supporting APC Presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The photo was posted on social media with RIP inscripted on it. An angry Toyin Abraham took to her Twitter and Instagram pages to tell supporters of Peter Obi to stop bullying people for their choices.
She wrote: “Stop bullying people for their choices #asiwajubaby.” In another posted she wrote: “It is no more Democracy if you don’t allow people to make their decision freely. Everyone cannot see things from your own angle only. “Bullying, harassing and threatening people’s life because they disagree with you on personal choice shouldn’t be encouraged at all.
“Why would anyone put this out there? Why? Why should anyone wish others bad because they made a different choice? Why? “Death is not my portion in Jesus name. #asiwajubaby #iamasiwajubaby”
Commenting on Toyin Abraham post, actress Iyabo Ojo wrote: “I reject it for you, It shall never be your portion my dear.” Another actress, Uche Jombo added: “This is not it at all. God forbid.”
Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is currently in a bad mood, she urged her fans and Nigerians to stop bullying others for their preferred presidential candidate. The movie producer took to her official Twitter handle on Friday, urging everyone to respect people’s choice, ending the tweet with the hashtag ‘#Asiwajubaby’. She wrote, “Stop bullying people for their choices. #asiwajubaby.”
Her tweet and the hashtag which is the name of the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, speculates that she is a supporter of Tinubu presidential ambition. Celebrities who publicly endorsed the APC presidential candidate as their preferred choice are often dragged and mocked by Nigerians who are against the APC administration.
Popular Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi has shared her own piece of cake as Nigerians tag her RIP. She has reacted to a YouTube channel that shared news of her alleged death.
The videos seemed to have been targeted at the actress over her support for APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu. The video was titled: “R.I.P, Actress Toyin Abraham Death Clash over Naira Notes And 2023 Elections.” The actress posted screenshots of the YouTube video and reiterated her support for Tinubu stating that death is not her portion and that everyone should be allowed to make their decisions without being trolled for it.

This is coming just a few weeks after Toyin Abraham revealed why she loves presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu, just few months after she denied campaigning for him. The 40-year-old actress made the declaration on Friday, January 13, 2023 during an appearance on ‘Your View’, a popular breakfast show on TVC.
Toyin Abraham revealed that Tinubu has done a lot of good for the entertainment industry which made him earn her love.
The actress who was recently criticized for her inappropriate hug with skit-maker, Sydney Talker, said she might vote for the former Lagos State governor although she has not decided who to vote for. In her words she said; “I love Asiwaju and I’m speaking about myself. I love him, I might vote for him because I love him. I’ve not decided but I’m just saying it. And because of the things he has done for my industry.”
Toyin Abraham further stated that she was not influencing anyone with her choice and that she was speaking from her own perspective. The mother of one said; “I’m not going to use my own selfish interest to lead others. He has been a wonderful man to my industry, he has been there for people and my industry. I am speaking from my own perspective. He is a good man.”
Her public declaration comes months after she denied campaigning for Tinubu on social media. The actress in October 2022 posted a video of Tinubu riding on a bicycle to show fitness just to debunk Tinubu death rumours. Captioning the post, she wrote; “What else does Tinubu need to do to prove that he is not dying today? I am not campaigning for any candidate, just jumping on trending topic. I am just a responsible citizen with PVC and power to choose who to vote for.”
The popular Nollywood actress has faulted the fake obituary video of her that circulated on social media, blaming it on those against her choice of candidate in the forthcoming general election. The actress shared a screenshot of the obituary post that was posted on YouTube via her Instagram account on Friday. The headline of the video read, “R.I.P, Actress Toyin Abraham dèath news clash over naira notes and 2023 elections.” Toyin Abraham, who has declared her support for the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, said everyone should be allowed to support any candidate of their choice.
